Ministry of Emergency Situations department under investigation for massive fraud. 300mln stolen funds. Stolen money from employee salaries who didn't exist; 203 employees investigated; 3 charged, including a former high ranking official.

Authorities have recovered $5mln (in dollars) from Norfolk case. Investigation continues.

Some of the recent fraud cases were brought to the NSS attention by volunteer insiders who decided to share valuable proof. It's a sign that people are becoming less tolerant towards corruption. NSS encourages people to come forward with any information.
