Status

Rare species. Last collected in 1928. Despite the intensive search, new species not discovered. Apparently disappeared due to decrease of water level in Sevan.

Habitat in Armenia

Met in the north western part of Lake Sevan.

Habitat and ecology

Grows on dry rocky hill slopes.

Has scientific interest.

Measures of protection

Newly discovered species should be protected.
