The inclusion of the name of a country here does not mean it recognizes the genocide. You need to click on the individual country to see the status. For example, the United States has pass genocide recognition bills in the US House of Representatives, and in many states and cities, but still maintain a policy of forbidding the use of the term within the State Department.
